On December 23, 2024, President Biden signed the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (PBRA). The PBRA states that employers must only furnish 1095-C and 1095-B forms to employees upon request therefore, we will not mail 1095-C forms via the postal service.
Please note all current Fath associates will have access to an electronic copy of their 1095-C in their Paylocity tax forms.
Previous Fath associates who would like a copy of their 1095-C for 2024 can request from Laura.Thomason@fathproperties.com one via secure email and one will be sent to them.
